Individual Litter Trays for each cat and changed every morning and then cleaned again late afternoon. We believe in total sanitary conditions for your pet.

Blankets and Towels and cat beds provided, but you are most welcome to bring along any pet bedding, toys etc you wish. (Bring as much as you like).

Special Diet requirements catered for on request (extra charges apply) We use top grade dry cat food.

All cats are fed twice per day (unless you have other requests)

We can administer any oral or cream medication on request. ($1 per day extra charge).
Vaccination Requirements:

Vaccination for 3 in 1 cat flu must be current and within a 12 month period. Proof of vaccination required when checking in. We cannot accept any cat without a current and up to date vaccination certificate.

We request that you have your cat flea and worm treated prior to arrival in order to keep all our guests clean and healthy. (Including your own).

Xmas Holiday period bookings:
Please note that if you are planning to use our services over the Xmas holiday period, be sure to book as early as possible.
There are a limited number of the luxury and semi outdoor cat units, and the demand for these outstrips supply. It is suggested you make a confirmed booking prior to September if possible.
Long Stay Boarding & International Travel:
We specialize in long term boarding requirements. Extra special attention is given to your pets while here on long stays.
If you are planning to travel internationally with your pet, we can direct you to a professional company we work with regularly who will take care of your every need. If you are bringing your pet into New Zealand, we can arrange also direct you to the best people who will take care of everything for you.
